The invention discloses an old asphalt material heating and hot air circulating system which comprises a raw material heating roller, a reclaimed material elevator, a smoke dust collecting device, a smoke dust mixer, a bag-type dust collector, a reclaimed material heating roller, a reclaimed material discharging box, a hot air generating furnace, an air quantity distributor, a circulating fan, an induced draft fan and a chimney. Dust outlets of the raw material heating roller and the smoke dust collecting device are fixedly connected with an inlet of the smoke dust mixer, a reclaimed material elevator is arranged on one side of the smoke dust collecting device, and a discharging port of the reclaimed material elevator is fixedly connected with a feeding port of the smoke dust collecting device; a regenerated material heating roller is arranged at a discharging port of the smoke dust collecting device, a regenerated material discharging box is arranged at the outlet end of the regenerated material heating roller, and a hot air generating furnace is arranged on one side of the regenerated material discharging box. The device is simple in structure, exquisite in design, convenient to manufacture, high in heating efficiency, long in service life and safe and reliable in operation.
