Righting mechanism for lodging traffic cone
The invention discloses a lodging traffic cone righting mechanism, and relates to the field of special vehicles for the expressway maintenance industry. The device can be applied to an automatic cone barrel collecting and placing vehicle so as to centralize the lodging traffic cones, and the lodging traffic cones can be centralized, so that follow-up mechanisms can pick up the traffic cones from the road surface conveniently. The righting mechanism comprises a righting frame, a linear mechanism, two righting connecting rods and a double-V-shaped rod fixedly connected to the two righting connecting rods. The double-V-shaped rod comprises a fixed transverse rod, a fixed supporting rod and two arc-shaped fixed rods, the fixed transverse rod is hinged to the bottom ends of the pair of centralizing connecting rods at the same time, and the two arc-shaped fixed rods are fixedly connected to the lower portion of the fixed transverse rod through the fixed supporting rod and are in a downwards-arched arc shape; the pair of centralizing connecting rods and the double-V-shaped rod are driven to swing up and down through stretching of the linear mechanism. After the righting rod in a special shape moves from a designated position to the designated position, the fallen conical barrel can be righting again, and the righting problem of the fallen conical barrel is solved.
