The invention discloses rapid bearing capacity detection equipment for a pipe pile of a pile-plate structure and a test method thereof. The rapid bearing capacity detection equipment comprises a guide system, a winch system, a drop hammer system and a data acquisition system, the guide system comprises a guide frame and a guide rail; the drop hammer system comprises a drop hammer and a hammer pad; the weight of the drop hammer is 5%-15% of the ultimate bearing capacity of the single tubular pile; the data acquisition system comprises a force sensor, an acceleration sensor, a displacement sensor and a data terminal, and the test method comprises the following steps of: installing each component, lifting and releasing the drop hammer, enabling the drop hammer to freely fall to be in contact with the hammer pad, applying impact force to the pile top and rebounding, and detecting the drop hammer when the drop hammer is in contact with the hammer pad and is separated from the hammer pad. The force, the accelerated speed and the displacement of the pile top and the changes of the force, the accelerated speed and the displacement along with time are recorded through a data acquisition system, and the single-pile ultimate bearing capacity of the tubular pile is obtained through data analysis. The invention provides an applicable, rapid and accurate method for acceptance inspection of the bearing capacity of the tubular pile with the pile-plate structure.
本发明公开了一种桩板式结构管桩的承载力快速检测设备及其测试方法,包括导向系统、卷扬系统、落锤系统、数据采集系统;导向系统包括导向架、导轨;落锤系统包括落锤、锤垫;落锤的重量为管桩单桩极限承载力的5%至15%;数据采集系统包括力传感器、加速度传感器、位移传感器、数据终端,测试方法包括,安装各组成部分,提升落锤并释放,落锤自由下落与锤垫接触,对桩顶施加冲击力并反弹,在落锤与锤垫接触到脱离的期间,通过数据采集系统记录桩顶的力、加速度和位移及其随时间的变化,并通过数据分析得到管桩的单桩极限承载力。本发明为桩板式结构管桩的承载力验收检测提供了一种适用、快速、准确的方法。
