The invention relates to the field of assembly type reinforced concrete frame structures, in particular to an assembly type energy dissipation frame capable of being rapidly repaired after an earthquake and a mounting method. The assembly type energy dissipation frame comprises a prefabricated concrete column, a replaceable energy dissipation connecting piece, a prefabricated concrete beam and a prefabricated concrete floor slab. The installation method of the assembly type energy dissipation frame comprises the step that the replaceable energy dissipation connecting piece, the prefabricated concrete column, the prefabricated concrete beam and the prefabricated concrete floor slab are installed and connected. By means of the installation method, under the earthquake action, damage of the assembly type energy dissipation frame is mainly concentrated on the soft steel energy dissipation pieces of the replaceable energy dissipation connecting pieces, earthquake energy is dissipated through yield deformation of the soft steel energy dissipation pieces, and therefore the prefabricated concrete beams and the prefabricated concrete columns are protected against damage or only slightly damaged; and after an earthquake, the structure can be quickly repaired by replacing the soft steel energy dissipation sheets which are seriously deformed.
