The invention relates to a cast-in-place construction method for an archaized building wing angle concrete roof. The structure comprises a cast-in-place concrete cornice beam, a concrete walking beam and a concrete corner beam, a wooden box mold is built on a construction scaffold foundation of the roof framework wing corner roof; according to the upwarp curve after lofting of the wing angle, wood firmware is customized; concrete rafters are prefabricated, the concrete rafters are positioned through wood fixing pieces, and after the concrete rafters are positioned, a three-dimensional hollow curved surface shape is formed; filling a hollow gap in the hollow curved surface shape with coal cinder, and compacting to form a wing angle curved surface shape; a concrete release agent is smeared on the outer surface of the wing angle curved surface, roof steel bars are bound according to the shape of the wing angle curved surface, concrete is poured to form a cast-in-place concrete roof, and trowelling is conducted according to the shape of the curved surface to form a wing angle concrete roof; and removing the mold after collecting the coal cinder, and cleaning the coal cinder to finish construction. According to the method, the defects that the pseudo-classic building wing angle roof hyperboloid formwork erecting difficulty is large, and the repeated utilization rate of the mold is low are overcome; the construction steps are simple and easy to operate, and the manufacturing cost of the wing angle concrete roof is saved.
本发明涉及一种仿古建筑翼角砼屋面现浇施工方法。本发明包括现浇砼檐口梁、砼步梁和砼角梁;在屋面骨架翼角屋面的施工脚手架基础上搭建木制箱模;根据翼角放样后的起翘曲线,定制木固件;预制砼摔网椽,将砼摔网椽通过木固件定位,砼摔网椽定位后形成立体的漏空曲面形状;并将煤渣填充漏空曲面形状的漏空缝隙,拍实后形成翼角曲面形状;在翼角曲面外表涂抹混凝土脱模剂,随翼角曲面形状绑扎屋面钢筋,浇注混凝土形成现浇混凝土屋面,按曲面形状抹平形成翼角砼屋面;收集煤渣后拆模,清理煤渣,完成施工。本发明解决了仿古建筑翼角屋面双曲面支模难度大,模具重复利用率低的弊端;施工步骤简单易操作,节约了翼角砼屋面的制作成本。
