Fabricated smoke prevention and exhaust air duct for high-rise building
The invention relates to a high-rise building assembly type smoke prevention and exhaust air duct which comprises a plurality of assembly type concrete air duct sections and assembly type lining metal air duct sections, and each assembly type lining metal air duct section comprises a pair of first lining steel plates and a pair of second lining steel plates. The first lining steel plates and the second lining steel plates are connected into a rectangle in an inserted mode and arranged on the inner walls of the assembly type concrete air duct sections, first fixing assemblies are arranged between the first lining steel plates and the upper side walls and the lower side walls of the assembly type concrete air duct sections, and second fixing assemblies are arranged between every two adjacent spliced assembly type concrete air duct sections. The second lining steel plates are fixed to the left side wall and the right side wall of the fabricated concrete air duct section through second fixing assemblies. A traditional civil engineering air duct is replaced by the assembly type air duct, the assembly type concrete air duct and the lining metal air duct are combined into a whole, the occupied area is small, the shared area is reduced, the ventilation effect is good, the manufacturing cost is low, and the air duct is worthy of popularization.
本发明是一种高层建筑装配式防排烟风道,包括若干装配式混凝土风道节段和装配式内衬金属风道节段,装配式内衬金属风道节段包括一对内衬钢板一和一对内衬钢板二,内衬钢板一和内衬钢板二插接成矩形并设于装配式混凝土风道节段内壁上,内衬钢板一和装配式混凝土风道节段上下侧壁之间设有固定组件一,相邻两拼接的装配式混凝土风道节段之间设有固定组件二,且内衬钢板二通过固定组件二与装配式混凝土风道节段左右侧壁固定。本发明采用装配式风道替代传统土建风道,将装配式的混凝土风道和内衬金属风道合二为一,占地面积少,减小公摊面积,通风效果好,制作成本低,值得推广。
