The invention relates to the field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a fabricated building prefabricated part hoisting alignment device which comprises two first lifters, a second lifter, a centering mechanism, an inclination angle mechanism, a width adjusting mechanism, a clamping mechanism and a lifting frame. A second lifter is mounted at the upper part of the first lifter; a lifting frame is slidably mounted at the upper part of the second lifter; an inclination angle mechanism is slidably mounted at the upper part of the lifting frame; a width adjusting mechanism is slidably mounted at the upper part of the inclination angle mechanism; clamping mechanisms are slidably mounted on the front side and the rear side of the upper portion of the width adjusting mechanism. The centering mechanism is inserted into the front and rear sides of the lifting frame and extends to the left and right sides of the lifting frame. The centering plates extend towards the floor slabs, the inclination angle mechanism is located at the center position between the floor slabs through the counter-acting force of the floor slabs, then the stair prefabricated part is pushed to be located at the center position between the two floor slabs through mutual approaching of the centering plates, and alignment of the floor slab prefabricated parts is completed.
本发明涉及装配式建筑领域,具体的是一种装配式建筑预制件吊装对位装置,包括两个一号升降机、二号升降机、对中机构、倾角机构、调宽机构、夹持机构,升降架;一号升降机的上部安装有二号升降机;二号升降机的上部滑动安装有升降架,升降架的上部滑动安装有倾角机构;倾角机构的上部滑动安装有调宽机构;调宽机构的上部前后两侧位置均滑动安装有夹持机构;对中机构穿插在升降架前后两侧并延伸至升降架的左右两侧。本发明采用对中板向楼板延伸,通过楼板的反作用力使得倾角机构处于楼板之间的中心位置,然后通过对中板的互相靠近,推动楼梯预制件处于两楼板之间的中心位置,完成楼板预制件的对位。
