Earthquake-proof reinforcing method for existing whole rough stone wall
The invention discloses an anti-seismic strengthening method for an existing whole rubble wall. The anti-seismic strengthening method comprises the steps that grooves are dug in the two sides of the whole rubble wall body along horizontal mortar joints and vertical mortar joints; laterite mortar dust in the groove is cleaned; after cleaning is completed, cement paste is brushed in the groove, and cement-based embedded steel bar glue is embedded in the groove; a three-way sleeve grouting connector is embedded in the intersection of the vertical mortar joint and the horizontal mortar joint; fRP ribs penetrate into the three-way sleeve grouting connector in all directions, and the FRP ribs and the three-way sleeve grouting connector form an FRP rib framework; and cement-based embedded bar glue is pressed into the grooves, the FRP bar framework is fixed into the grooves in the whole rubble stone wall, finally, the grooves are filled with mortar, and reinforcing of the whole rubble stone wall is completed. The adopted FRP ribs have the advantages of being light, high in strength, high in corrosion resistance and the like, the FRP rib framework can improve the anti-seismic bearing capacity and integrity of the whole-wool stone wall, scattering of the wall body under an earthquake is effectively restrained, and after the whole-wool stone wall is reinforced, the original style and appearance of a whole-wool stone wall house cannot be affected.
本发明公开了一种既有整毛石墙抗震加固方法,包括在整毛石墙体两侧沿着水平灰缝和竖向灰缝开凿出凹槽;清洗凹槽中的红土砂浆粉尘;清洗完成后,在凹槽内涂刷水泥净浆并嵌入水泥基植筋胶;在竖向灰缝与水平灰缝相交处,嵌入三向套筒灌浆连接头;在三向套筒灌浆连接头各个方向均穿入FRP筋,多根FRP筋与三向套筒灌浆连接头形成FRP筋骨架;向凹槽内压入水泥基植筋胶,将FRP筋骨架固定在整毛石墙上的凹槽内,最后凹槽用砂浆填满,完成对整毛石墙的加固。本发明采用的FRP筋具有轻质、高强和耐腐蚀性强等优点,FRP筋骨架可以提高整毛石墙抗震承载力和整体性,有效约束地震下墙体的散落,且对整毛石墙加固后,不会影响整毛石墙房屋的原始风貌。
