When the filter screen is blocked, a pressure difference is formed through water flow in the gap, so that the filter screen is backwashed, and algae in the filter screen are concentrated; an opening is formed in the bottom of the differential pressure diversion system, and the algae slurry collecting tank is connected with the opening through a pipeline and used for collecting and temporarily storing algae slurry; in the algal bloom capturing process, the influence on the ecological environment is small, the efficiency is high, and the problem that in the existing algal bloom control technology, the efficiency is low is solved.
