The invention provides a system and a method for preparing a carbon sequestration building material by using building decoration waste recycled aggregate, the system comprises a building decoration waste recycling treatment system and a recycled aggregate carbon sequestration enhancement system, and the building decoration waste recycling treatment system comprises a building decoration waste recycling treatment production line and a combustible RDF forming system. The recycled aggregate carbon sequestration enhancing system comprises a recycled fine aggregate drying system, a recycled fine aggregate bin, a waste gas collecting and disposing system, a brick making production line and the like. According to the method disclosed by the invention, after the waste building and decoration garbage is subjected to resource treatment, the obtained recycled aggregate is used for producing high-quality recycled fine aggregate, recycled bricks and other recycled building material products. The condition that a large amount of land is occupied by the building and decoration garbage is relieved, secondary pollution is reduced, recycling, reduction and harmless treatment of the building and decoration garbage is achieved, a carbonized and enhanced regenerated building material product can be obtained, and compared with a common building material product, the strength is higher, and durability is higher. 本发明提供一种利用建筑装修垃圾再生骨料制备固碳建材的系统及方法，其中包括建筑装修垃圾资源化处置系统以及再生骨料固碳增强系统，所述建筑装修垃圾资源化处置系统包括建筑装修垃圾资源化处置产线与可燃物RDF成型系统。所述再生骨料固碳增强系统包括再生细骨料烘干系统、再生细骨料料仓、废气收集处置系统以及制砖生产线等。本发明的方法将废弃的建筑、装修垃圾经资源化处置以后，利用得到的再生骨料生产精品再生细骨料、再生砖等再生建材产品。既缓解了建筑、装修垃圾大量占用土地情况、减少二次污染，实现建筑、装修垃圾的资源化、减量化、无害化处理，又能得到碳化增强的再生建材产品，相比于普通建材产品，强度更高、耐久性更强。同时，系统RDF燃料棒燃烧所产生二氧化碳废气经除尘、脱硫处理后直接再利用，避免了排放至空气中。
