The building underground water pressure stabilizing and floating preventing system comprises a bottom pit, a drainage pipe, an outer sleeve and a pressure sensing system, the bottom pit is located at the bottom of a water collecting well of a building, the vertical drainage pipe is arranged in the bottom pit, a pipe opening in the lower end of the drainage pipe is open, and the upper end of the drainage pipe extends into the water collecting well and is connected with the pressure sensing system; an outer sleeve is arranged outside the pipe section, located in the pit, of the drainage pipe, holes are formed in the outer wall of the outer sleeve, the space between the drainage pipe and the outer sleeve is filled with gravel, the outer side of the outer sleeve is filled with cobblestones, and the drainage pipe is wrapped by water collecting well construction pouring concrete. The pressure sensor monitors pressure in the drainage pipe and controls opening and closing of the valve. The underground water pressure is monitored in real time, water can be drained in time through the water collecting well, it is ensured that the underground water pressure is normal, and upward floating and cracking of a building basement bottom plate are avoided.
