The invention relates to an intelligent pipe pile positioning and deviation rectifying construction device for a pile-slab roadbed and a construction method thereof.The device comprises a pipe pile, a positioning truss, a hoop sleeve, a sleeve connecting rod, a positioning steel plate, a strain gauge and a positioning prism, the positioning truss is fixed to the pipe pile through the hoop sleeve, and the positioning truss is connected with the hoop sleeve through the sleeve connecting rod; the positioning steel plate is arranged at the top of the pipe pile and connected with the positioning truss, and a positioning prism is arranged in the center of the positioning steel plate and used for positioning the pipe pile; and a strain gauge is arranged on the positioning truss. Rapid positioning of the pipe pile is achieved through the truss and hoop structure convenient to assemble and disassemble, the construction efficiency is improved, and the positioning difficulty is reduced; limiting in the pile sinking process is achieved through the hoop sleeve, the deviation direction of the pipe pile is judged through real-time strain monitoring, the deviation correction adjustment direction and magnitude are fed back, the pile sinking precision of the pipe pile is improved, the perpendicularity of the pipe pile is guaranteed, the construction difficulty is reduced, and construction operation is easy and convenient.
