The invention provides a sheet pile type anchoring structure for an offshore suspension cable photovoltaic device. The anchoring structure comprises an anchoring pile, a prefabricated anchor plate and a connecting piece. The anchoring pile is divided into a mounting part and a connecting part according to different effects of mounting, fixing and connecting inhaul cables, and the anchoring pile is vertically arranged through the mounting part, so that the connecting part is higher than the sea level; a sinking stopping clamping piece is arranged on the mounting part; the connecting piece is arranged on the prefabricated anchor plate in a sleeving mode, the prefabricated anchor plate is in sliding connection with the connecting piece on the anchoring pile, and the connecting piece is matched with the sinking stopping clamping piece to limit the height position of the prefabricated anchor plate on the anchoring pile; a structural style that the steel piles and the prefabricated concrete anchor plates are jointly stressed is adopted, and the good bending resistance of the steel piles is utilized to bear pile body bending moment caused by horizontal force of the inhaul cables; the characteristics of large vertical area and high horizontal resistance of the precast concrete blocks are utilized to bear the horizontal force of the inhaul cable.
