The invention relates to a recyclable wall column formwork reinforcing and supporting structure and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of wall column formworks, the recyclable wall column formwork reinforcing and supporting structure comprises a base and a supporting assembly, the supporting assembly comprises a first limiting plate and a second limiting plate, and the first limiting plate and the second limiting plate are arranged on the wall column formwork and matched with the side wall of the wall column formwork to form a limiting space; and the supporting plate is installed on the limiting space in a clamped mode and abuts against the connecting position of the two wall column formworks for supporting and positioning, and the supporting plate is detachably connected with the base through a connecting assembly. After the wall column formworks are installed, the supporting plates are installed on the limiting space in a clamped mode, so that the supporting plates abut against the connecting positions of the two adjacent wall column formworks, and the supporting plates and the base are connected together; therefore, the supporting plate supports the connecting position of the wall column formwork, and the construction quality of the wall column is improved.
