The invention relates to a rammed earth wall construction device and a using method thereof.The rammed earth wall construction device comprises a stock bin and a rammed earth mold, the stock bin comprises a shell and a roller, the roller comprises a plurality of partition plates with the center shaft diverging outwards, the space between every two adjacent partition plates is a bin chamber, and each bin chamber is provided with a bin door; opening and closing of the bin door are controlled through relative rotation of the shell and the roller. A feeding port is formed in the shell, and an inclined feeding plate is arranged below the feeding port; the earth ramming mold comprises a mold body and a vibrating mechanism, the mold body comprises two side plates, supporting limiting plates and an end baffle, the two side plates are arranged in parallel, and the two supporting limiting plates are fixed to the left ends and the right ends of the side plates correspondingly; the end baffles can slide up and down perpendicular to the side plates. A receding door opening is formed in the lower portion of the supporting limiting plate, and the end baffle can ascend to the position above the receding door opening. A feeding port is formed in the side plate, and the feeding plate is inserted into the feeding port. The device integrates the functions of feeding and rapid formwork ramming, the work efficiency is improved, and the cost is reduced.
