The invention discloses a steel fireproof door, relates to the field of fireproof doors, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problem that escape is hindered due to the fact that an existing steel fireproof door is difficult to open due to the fact that the temperature rise speed is high in a fire disaster: the steel fireproof door comprises a steel shell; the shell is filled with a supporting frame used for supporting the appearance and a ceramic plate used for enhancing the fire resistance of the door plate, and the shell is further filled with cooling liquid for increasing the specific heat capacity of the door plate. A water spraying mechanism used for spraying cooling liquid is further arranged at the position, close to the door lock, of the shell, and the water spraying mechanism is of a structure for triggering water spraying based on water level fall pressure and memory metal sheet thermal deformation. In the water spraying mechanism, a sleeve is arranged at the position, close to the door lock, of the inner wall of the shell, and the sleeve is slidably connected with a spraying pipe in a sealed and sleeved mode. The steel fireproof door is novel in structure, and effectively solves the problem that an existing steel fireproof door is difficult to open due to the fact that the temperature rise speed is high in a fire disaster, and escape is hindered.
