The intelligent control shutter comprises a heat insulation window frame, a mounting box welded to the outer side face of the heat insulation window frame, sound insulation window blades and a noise sensor, the heat insulation window frame and the mounting box are both embedded into a wall, and a dust collecting box is mounted at the bottom end of the heat insulation window frame in a clamped mounting mode; storage grooves are formed in the top end and the rear end of the heat insulation window frame, a first motor and a second motor are fixed in the mounting box, the first motor is located above the second motor, the output end of the first motor is connected with a lead screw, a cleaning plate is installed at the bottom end of a moving block, and the noise sensor is fixed to the bottom end of the heat insulation window frame. The noise sensor is located on the right side of the first hidden groove. According to the intelligent control shutter, the gaps between the sound insulation window blades and the heat insulation window frame are sealed through the first sound insulation strips and the second sound insulation strips, the sound insulation effect is improved, falling dust can be conveniently collected and cleaned, the sound insulation window blades can be conveniently detached, and the view field is expanded.
