Interwoven modified asphalt concrete
The invention discloses interlaced modified asphalt concrete. The interlaced modified asphalt concrete comprises interlaced composite fibers and asphalt concrete, the interwoven composite fiber comprises lignin fiber, polyester fiber and a polymer composite additive; the lignin fibers, the polyester fibers and the polymer composite additive are compounded and blended together to prepare interwoven composite fibers, and the interwoven composite fibers are blended in the asphalt concrete to comprehensively improve the pavement performance of the asphalt concrete. The lignin fiber disclosed by the invention has a relatively high oil absorption rate, and can adsorb and stabilize asphalt and improve the durability of asphalt concrete. The polyester fibers are added into the asphalt mixture to play a role of reinforcing ribs, so that the low-temperature crack resistance of the asphalt concrete can be obviously improved. The polymer composite additive can improve the viscosity of asphalt, so that the high-temperature performance of asphalt concrete is improved, and the high-temperature rut resistance of an asphalt concrete pavement is enhanced.
本发明公开了一种交织化改性沥青混凝土,实施交织化改性沥青混凝土包括交织化复合纤维和沥青混凝土;所述的交织化复合纤维包括木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、聚合物复合添加剂;所述木质素纤维、聚酯纤维、聚合物复合添加剂为复合掺配并一起制成交织化复合纤维,所述交织化复合纤维混掺于沥青混凝土中,对沥青混凝土路用性能起到综合改善的作用。本发明的木质素纤维具有较高的吸油率,能够吸附稳定沥青,提高沥青混凝土的耐久性。聚酯纤维掺加到沥青混合料中起到加强筋的作用,能够明显改善沥青混凝土的低温抗裂性能。聚合物复合添加剂能提高沥青的黏度,从而改善沥青混凝土的高温性能,增强沥青混凝土路面抵抗高温车辙的能力。
