The ultra-high performance concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 800 to 900 parts of cement, 200 to 280 parts of coarse aggregate, 1000 to 1300 parts of fine aggregate, 150 to 180 parts of silica fume, 400 to 480 parts of water and 12 to 20 parts of water reducing agent, the fine aggregate is composed of a fine aggregate I, a fine aggregate II and a fine aggregate III; the mesh number of the fine aggregate I is 20-30, the mesh number of the fine aggregate II is 50-80, and the mesh number of the fine aggregate III is 100-140. The raw materials are mixed according to the corresponding parts by weight to prepare the ultra-high performance concrete, the initial expansion degree of the obtained ultra-high performance concrete is 700-800 mm, and the 28d compressive strength is 150 MPa or above; the 28d tensile strength is 6 to 12MPa, and the 28d breaking strength is 12 to 25MPa.
