Method for improving safety coefficient of tailing pond based on segmented damming
The invention discloses a method for improving the safety coefficient of a tailing pond based on segmented damming. The method comprises the following steps: (1) grading; (2) fine fraction discharge naturally settles according to the size of the fraction; (3) discharging the micro-fine particles to the last several sections; (4) coarse-fraction pumping is carried out at the dam head for stacking; (5) the upper layer coarse fraction compacts the lower layer fine fraction; (6) damming step by step according to the slope ratio; and (7) on-line monitoring of the infiltration line. The method is simple in process, remarkable in effect and capable of improving the safety coefficient of the tailings pond.
一种基于分段筑坝提高尾矿库安全系数的方法,包括如下步骤:(1)分级;(2)细粒级排放按粒级大小自然沉降;(3)微细粒级排放到最后几段;(4)粗粒级泵送坝首堆放;(5)上层粗粒级压实下层细粒级;(6)逐级按坡比筑坝;(7)浸润线在线监控。本方法工艺简单,效果显著,提高尾矿库安全系数。
