The invention discloses a grouting and drainage integrated pipe for a soil slope and a construction method of the grouting and drainage integrated pipe. The grouting and drainage integrated pipe comprises a grouting and drainage integrated pipe body, an integrated pipe fixing system and an integrated pipe pile casing. The grouting and drainage integrated pipe comprises a drainage system and a grouting system; wherein the drainage system adopts methods of water body self-weight drainage, siphon principle drainage and the like, so that surface water and underground water on the slope can be quickly and effectively drained; the grouting system can be used for reinforcing the soil body around the integrated pipe in the construction process and can be used as an embedded grouting reinforcing device for later-stage slope soil body grouting reinforcement. The main construction method comprises the following steps: splicing devices; mounting a grouting and drainage integrated pipe; the integrated pipe pile casing is disassembled; grouting and reinforcing; sealing the grouting pipeline; the grouting and drainage integrated pipe is fixed; conventional soil body drainage; and subsequent soil body grouting reinforcement is conducted. According to the method, the engineering cost can be effectively reduced, and the problem of slope landslide caused by excessive groundwater accumulated on the slope soil body is effectively solved.
