The present invention relates to a door handle having a vein authentication function, and more particularly, to a door handle having a vein authentication function, comprising: a housing part provided to a door; a sensor unit that is provided in the housing unit and that senses contact between the user's hand and the housing unit or that the user's hand is located in a set region; a control unit that receives a measurement value from the sensor unit; and an authentication unit that operates on the basis of a control signal from the control unit, captures body information of a user's hand in contact with the housing unit, and transmits the body information to the control unit.
