The invention discloses a wall manufacturing composite formula adopting a leaching-permeable reactive barrier (PRB) treatment technology for hexavalent chromium contaminated soil and an application method, and belongs to the field of environmental protection. Chromium-polluted soil is used as a main body material, pyrite powder, zero-valent iron powder and ferrous sulfate are used as reducing agents, activated carbon, plant ash and quick lime are used as curing agents, straw, silica, zeolite powder, chitosan powder, bentonite, kaolin and attapulgite are used as additives, and the composite formula for wall manufacturing is obtained through components in different proportions. After the chromium-contaminated soil is aired and screened, fine-grain dry soil enters a stirring machine, formula materials are added, stirring is conducted, and the wall manufacturing material is obtained. And the permeable reactive barrier frame structure is filled with the manufacturing materials, compaction is conducted, and construction of the permeable reactive barrier is completed. Local materials can be used, and the construction cost is low. The formula is flexible in composition and has long-term effectiveness. 本发明公开了一种针对六价铬污染土壤采用淋洗‑可渗透反应墙(PRB)处理技术的墙体制作复合配方及应用方法,属于环境保护领域。用铬污染土壤作为主体材料,硫铁矿粉、零价铁粉、硫酸亚铁作为还原剂,活性炭、草木灰、生石灰作为固化剂,秸秆、硅土、沸石粉、壳聚糖粉、膨润土、高岭土、凹凸棒土作为添加剂,通过不同比例组分,获得墙体制作复合配方。铬污染土壤通过晾晒、筛分后,细粒干土壤进入搅拌机,加入配方材料搅拌,获得墙体制作材料。将制作材料填装至可渗透反应墙框架结构、压实,完成可渗透反应墙的建造。该配方发明可实现就地取材,建设成本低。配方构成灵活,具有长效性。综合利用矿山的尾矿硫铁矿粉资源,工艺过程简单,易于推广。
