The invention discloses machine-made sand high-durability bare concrete and a preparation method thereof. Each cubic meter of concrete is prepared from the following materials: 280 to 340kg of cement, 740 to 900kg of machine-made sand, 670 to 900kg of broken stone I, 0 to 170kg of broken stone II, 20 to 80kg of fly ash, 10 to 30kg of silicon powder, 0 to 130kg of stone powder, 40 to 50kg of water-quenched iron slag powder, 5 to 9kg of water reducing agent, 1.5 to 2kg of basalt fiber chopped sand and 140 to 160kg of water. The particle size of the broken stone I is 10-20mm, and the particle size of the broken stone II is 5-10mm. The preparation method comprises the following steps: putting the other components except the water reducing agent and the water into a stirrer, carrying out dry stirring for 2 minutes, then adding the water and the water reducing agent, and stirring for 1-2 minutes. The concrete provided by the invention has good durability and crack resistance, and also has good compressive strength, breaking strength and impact resistance.
