The invention provides a profile steel frame formwork for a floating slab, a track structure and a construction method of the track structure. The profile steel frame formwork comprises a bottom plate (10), a transparent flexible structure (20) attached to the lower surface of the bottom plate (10) and extending towards the two sides of the bottom plate to exceed the bottom plate, a base center ditch mold (30) arranged in the center of the lower surface of the transparent flexible structure (20), and longitudinal main profile steel (40) arranged on the two sides of the upper surface of the bottom plate. The transverse secondary section steels (50) are arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate and are connected with the longitudinal main section steels on the two sides; a through hole (12) for adjusting the height and inclination of the bottom plate (10) is formed in the bottom plate (10) extending out of the outer side edge of the longitudinal main profile steel (40); and a grouting hole and an exhaust hole (13) which are used for grouting and exhausting are formed in the bottom plate (10).
