The curb slip form construction device comprises a vehicle body, a film sleeving frame is arranged on the vehicle body, an inverted-U-shaped part, an inclined plane transition part and a flat plate part are sequentially arranged on the film sleeving frame, and the inclined plane transition part is connected with the inverted-U-shaped part and the flat plate part through an inclined plane; the film laying vehicle further comprises a rotary connecting mechanism used for being connected with a film winding drum, when the vehicle body moves forwards, a film pulled out of the film winding drum passively enters the inverted-U-shaped part from the flat plate part through the inclined plane transition part, and the inverted-U-shaped part is arranged on the concrete curb in a sliding and sleeving mode so that the film can be laid. According to the curb slip form construction device provided by the invention, the flat plate part and the inverted U-shaped part are connected through the inclined plane transition part, and the film is unfolded on the flat plate part and gradually transited to the inverted U-shaped part from the inclined plane transition part, so that the film is always in an unfolded state, and the wrinkling probability of the film is reduced.
本发明公开了一种路缘石滑模施工装置,包括车体,所述车体上设置有套膜架,所述套膜架上依次设置有倒U形部、斜面过渡部以及平板部,所述斜面过渡部通过斜面连接所述倒U形部以及平板部;还包括用于连接薄膜卷筒的转动连接机构,当所述车体前行时,所述薄膜卷筒拉出的薄膜被动的从平板部经过斜面过渡部进入到倒U形部中,所述倒U形部滑动套在混凝土路缘石上以实现薄膜的铺设。本发明提供的路缘石滑模施工装置,通过斜面过渡部去连接平板部和倒U形部,薄膜展开在平板部上,并由斜面过渡部逐渐的过渡到倒U形部上,如此使得薄膜始终处于展开状态,减少薄膜的皱褶概率。
