According to the invention, by changing the volume of the hydraulic oil in the corresponding support cavity and the communicating cavity, the piston rod and the piston cylinder slide relatively, so that the height position of the through groove is changed, and the connecting rod and the through groove slide relatively; the height position of the height adjusting sleeve is changed through relative sliding between the contact blocks and the fixing blocks on the two sides of the connecting rod, so that after a height adjusting base plate is additionally arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate, the thread meshing length of the anchor bolt and the outer sleeve or the height adjusting sleeve cannot be shortened; and the anchoring performance of the support and the beam body is ensured.
