The invention discloses an expressway engineering integral type large-span steel arch bridge arch rib hoisting construction method which comprises the steps that according to a working face and an overall construction plan provided on site, enough personnel are configured for a steel arch bridge, all personnel need to be subjected to safety and technical disclosure, and special operating personnel need to be on duty with a certificate, get familiar with and review drawings and understand design content; equipment and materials adopted by a project are determined, construction requirements proposed by a drawing are determined, a left half part, namely, side and middle arch longitudinal beams, is hoisted firstly, then arch ribs are hoisted, and meanwhile side arch main longitudinal beams, small longitudinal beams and cross beams of a right half part are hoisted; a transverse support is firstly installed at the position of a left transverse support, then a small longitudinal beam and a small transverse beam are installed, and a right side arch adopts a beam-first-arch-second method.
本发明公开了一种高速公路工程整体式大跨度钢拱桥拱肋吊装施工方法,包括钢拱桥,根据现场提供的作业面及总体施工计划,配置足够的人员,所有人员需进行安全、技术交底,特种作业人员需持证上岗,熟悉、会审图纸,了解设计内容,明确工程所采用的设备和材料,明确图纸所提出的施工要求,先将左半幅即边、中拱纵梁吊装完成,再吊装拱肋,同时进行右半幅的边拱主纵梁和小纵、横梁吊装;左幅横撑位置先安装横撑再安装小纵、横梁,右幅边拱采用先梁后拱法。
