The invention discloses a solar road surface automatic monitoring and sewage disposal system and method. The system comprises a sewage identification module, a monitoring module, an automatic sewage disposal device and a power supply solar road surface. The dirt identification module is used for acquiring information of pollutants covering the surface of the solar pavement; the monitoring and early warning module is used for carrying out normalized assignment on the pollution degree and carrying out early warning on pollutants covering the surface of the solar pavement when the pollution degree exceeds a set threshold value; and the automatic sewage disposal device is used for controlling a switch of the sewage disposal device according to the early warning result and cleaning the surface of the solar pavement. According to the system, the pollution degree of pollutants covering the surface of the solar pavement can be judged, real-time monitoring and early warning of the surface pollutants are achieved, the pollutants are rapidly cleaned in time through the automatic pollutant cleaning device, the needed electric power is provided by the solar pavement, automatic operation can be achieved, and the efficiency is improved. The later maintenance cost of the solar pavement is effectively reduced, and the power generation efficiency of the solar pavement is improved.
