本发明公开了一种水资源管理用水面漂浮物打捞设备，其结构包括打捞船、护栏、支撑架、传送装置、储存室，打捞船的两侧安装有护栏、储存室设在打捞船上，储存室与传送装置配合，传送装置通过支撑架机械连接在打捞船上,本发明通过在传送装置上设有集中装置，集中装置通过伸缩杆与固定边轴连接，利用两个相向移动的堆料组件将打捞在传送链上的垃圾堆垛集中在一起，使之在送入储存室时不会掉落在打捞船上，并且经过堆垛的垃圾较集中，在储存室收纳时，也可有效提高储存室的容积。
