The invention relates to a bored pile structure capable of quickly stripping a pile head, which comprises a concrete pile and a reinforcement cage, the concrete pile comprises a pile body section and a to-be-cut pile head section, and the head end of each longitudinal reinforcement of the reinforcement cage is provided with a plastic sleeve; the invention further relates to a construction method of the drilled pile capable of rapidly stripping the pile head. The construction method comprises the steps that the top ends of the longitudinal steel bars of the steel bar cage are sleeved with the plastic sleeves; the reinforcement cage is hung into the pile hole; pouring and curing concrete; annularly drawing a line at the broken part of the pile head section, and punching a plurality of broken pile holes at the line drawing part; a pile breaking steel chisel is inserted, and the pile head section is broken from the pile body section through upward extrusion force generated by the wedge-shaped tail of the pile breaking steel chisel; a hoisting steel chisel is inserted into the pile head section and hoisted away from the pile head section; and cleaning the pile head. According to the method, the pile head of the drilled pile is rapidly stripped, after the pile head section is removed, the exposed steel bar head end is straight upwards, the steps of straightening the steel bar and cleaning concrete fragments are omitted, and the construction efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种可快速剥离桩头的钻孔桩结构，包括混凝土桩和钢筋笼，混凝土桩包括桩身段和待切除的桩头段，钢筋笼的每根纵向钢筋的头端设有塑胶套管；本发明还涉及一种可快速剥离桩头的钻孔桩的施工方法，包括步骤：在钢筋笼的纵向钢筋顶端套设塑胶套管；将钢筋笼吊放入桩孔内；混凝土浇筑及养护；在桩头段的断离处环向画线，在画线处打若干断桩孔；插入断桩钢钎，利用断桩钢钎的楔形尾部产生的向上挤压力，从桩身段上断离桩头段；在桩头段上插入吊装钢钎，吊离桩头段；桩头清理。本发明实现将钻孔桩的桩头快速剥离，且去除桩头段后，露出的钢筋头端笔直向上，省去调直钢筋及清理砼碎块的步骤，极大提升施工效率。
