The invention relates to the field of foundation pit support, in particular to a double-row PC construction method composite pile support structure and a construction method thereof. The building envelope mainly comprises front-row steel pipe piles, rear-row steel pipe piles, U-shaped steel sheet piles, front-row steel pipe pile top beams, rear-row steel pipe pile top beams and reinforced concrete connecting structures. The front-row steel pipe piles, the rear-row steel pipe piles and the hot-rolled U-shaped steel sheet piles are constructed in place through piling machinery, and the front-row steel pipe piles and the U-shaped steel sheet piles are in arc-shaped lap joint through mutual locking of rabbets of the steel pipe piles and lock catches of the U-shaped steel sheet piles; after the steel pipe piles and the pipe sheet piles are constructed in place, steel bars are bound on the upper portion site, concrete is poured to form a front-row steel pipe pile crown beam, a rear-row steel pipe pile crown beam, a reinforced concrete connecting beam or a reinforced concrete connecting plate, an integral steel frame is formed, and the cantilever type enclosure structure is integrally formed. The building envelope is high in construction efficiency, the manufacturing cost is saved, the construction period is shortened, influences on surrounding buildings are small, later facility construction is not affected, and good economic benefits and social benefits are achieved.
本发明涉及基坑围护领域,具体地说是一种双排PC工法组合桩围护结构及其施工方法。围护结构主要包括前排钢管桩、后排钢管桩、U型钢板桩、前排钢管桩冠梁、后排钢管桩冠梁、钢筋混凝土连接结构。采用打桩机械将前排钢管桩、后排钢管桩、热轧U型钢板桩施工到位,前排钢管桩与U型钢板桩通过钢管桩企口以及U型钢板桩的锁扣相互锁口呈弧形状搭接;钢管桩、管板桩施工就位后,上部现场绑扎钢筋并浇筑混凝土形成前排钢管桩冠梁、后排钢管桩冠梁、钢筋混凝土连梁或钢筋混凝土连板,以形成整体刚架,整体形成悬臂式围护结构。本发明围护结构施工效率高,造价节约,工期节省,对周边建筑物影响小,不影响后期设施施工,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
