Compared with a steel pipe pile cofferdam, the steel sheet piles are used for replacing half of steel pipe piles, the construction progress is accelerated, and the cost of labor, machinery, material renting and the like can be greatly saved.
本发明公开了一种可以保证钢围堰施工安全系数和工后精确度的钢围堰施工方法,包括围堰,在正式沉桩前应结合现场情况确定并计算首桩所用的测点位置和有关参数,施工采用任意角交会控制定位,其交会角宜在60°~120°之间,且控制点间距不宜大于150m,利用已知的测量控制点坐标和桩位坐标,分别计算两个测量控制点与桩位之间的夹角和距离,通过钢管桩和钢板桩组合钢围堰,围堰内支撑层数较少,施工进度快。为承台施工节约了时间,可缩短施工工期,相比较钢管桩围堰,使用钢板桩代替一半钢管桩,提高了施工进度,可大幅度节约人工、机械、材料租赁等成本费用。
