The invention relates to a partial concrete steel member unit prefabricated shear wall which comprises a wall body member, two parallel steel-concrete combination columns are arranged on the two sides of the wall body member, the upper end and the lower end of the wall body member are connected with conversion members respectively, at least one concrete-coated steel PEC steel-concrete combination beam is arranged in the middle of the wall body member, and the PEC steel-concrete combination beam is connected with the conversion members. The two ends of the PEC steel-concrete composite beam are fixedly connected with the two steel-concrete composite columns respectively. The structure is reasonable, fireproof corrosion resistance and bearing capacity can be improved, and assembly is rapid.
