Overhanging type operating platform
The overhanging type operation platform comprises a top support, a supporting frame body and a bottom support which are detachably connected in sequence from top to bottom, and further comprises a supporting plate, a long ejector rod, a short ejector rod and a balancing weight. The upper side of the front end of the supporting frame body extends forwards to form an overhanging supporting rod. An inclined strut is arranged on the lower side of the front end of the supporting frame body, and the upper end of the inclined strut is fixedly connected with the overhanging strut. A surrounding rod is arranged on the side edge of the top support, and a plurality of supporting plates are laid on the upper surface of the top support; a plurality of universal wheels are installed on the lower surface of the bottom support, a balance weight part is arranged at the rear end of the upper surface of the bottom support, and a plurality of balance weights are arranged on the balance weight part. The long ejector rod is arranged at the rear end of the supporting frame body and matched with the supporting frame body in a lifting mode. Short ejector rods are arranged at the front end and the rear end of the bottom support and matched with the bottom support in a lifting mode. After the device is fixed to the using position, the long ejector rod and the short ejector rod can be used for abutting against a ceiling and the ground of a building floor, reinforcement is achieved, and shaking in the using process is prevented.
本发明公开一种悬挑式操作平台,包括由上至下依次可拆卸连接的顶部支架、支撑架体和底部支架,以及支撑板、长顶杆、短顶杆和配重块;支撑架体的前端上侧向前延伸有悬挑支杆;支撑架体的前端下侧设置有斜支杆,斜支杆的上端与悬挑支杆固定连接;顶部支架的侧边设置有围杆,且顶部支架的上表面铺设有若干支撑板;底部支架的下表面安装有若干万向轮,其上表面的后端设置有配重部,配重部上设置有若干配重块;长顶杆设置在支撑架体的后端,并与支撑架体升降配合;底部支架的前后端均设置有短顶杆,短顶杆与底部支架升降配合。本发明在固定至使用位置后,可以利用长顶杆、短顶杆顶住建筑楼层的天花板和地面,实现加固,以防止使用过程中的晃动。
