The invention provides a concrete pavement structure and a construction method thereof, and solves the problems that the energy utilization efficiency is relatively low when an iced road is heated and deiced by adopting a pre-embedded warm air pipe mounting layer, and the warm air pipe mounting layer is relatively close to the surface layer of the ground and is easy to damage. The system comprises a natural compaction base layer, a heat source layer is laid on the natural compaction base layer, the heat source layer comprises a plurality of prefabricated heat source plates which are spliced one by one in the left-right direction, and electric heating parts are arranged in the prefabricated heat source plates; a load-bearing protection layer is laid on the heat source layer and comprises a plurality of prefabricated protection plates which are spliced one by one in the left-right direction, and the prefabricated protection plates are arranged on the splicing seams of every two adjacent prefabricated heat source plates in a covering mode so that the splicing seams of the load-bearing protection layer and the splicing seams of the heat source layers can be staggered in the left-right direction; heat conduction pipes are pre-buried in the prefabricated protection plate, and heat source points formed by the heat conduction pipes and the electric heating parts are in one-to-one up-and-down correspondence; and a pavement surface layer is paved above the load-bearing protective layer.
本发明提供了一种混凝土路面结构及其施工方法,解决了采用预埋暖风管安装层对结冰道路进行加热除冰的方式,在使用时能源利用效率较低,暖风管安装层距离地面表层较近,容易受到破坏的问题。本发明包括天然压实基层,天然压实基层的上方铺设有热源层,热源层包括若干个沿左右方向一一拼接的预制热源板,预制热源板内设有电加热部件;热源层的上方铺设有承重保护层,承重保护层包括若干个沿左右方向一一拼接的预制保护板,预制保护板覆盖设置在相邻的两个预制热源板的拼缝上方,以使承重保护层的拼缝与热源层的拼缝左右错位;预制保护板内预埋有导热管,导热管与电加热部件所形成的热源点一一上下对应;承重保护层的上方铺设有路面表层。
