The fiber-constrained concrete-filled steel tube reinforced open-web arch bridge main arch ring comprises a row of steel tube arch ring layers and a fiber winding layer, wherein the steel tube arch ring layers are arranged between stand columns and arranged on the top face of the arch ring in parallel in the bridge direction, and the steel tube arch ring and an original main arch ring are wrapped together through the fiber winding layer. 本发明涉及桥梁加固技术领域,特别是涉及碳纤维约束钢管混凝土加固空腹拱桥主拱圈及其施工方法。本发明所述的纤维约束钢管混凝土加固空腹拱桥主拱圈及其施工方法包括设置在立柱之间沿顺桥方向平行布置于拱圈顶面的一排钢管拱圈层,将钢管拱圈与原主拱圈包裹在一起的纤维缠绕层,以及所设于主拱圈底面的沿桥梁长度方向铺设的单向碳纤维布层;所述钢管拱圈由多根布置在同一轴线上位于不同立柱间空腹段主拱圈顶面的钢管混凝土组成;所述钢管两端根部通过预设在拱圈两端相邻结构部件上的预埋钢筋连接。本方法既摆脱了传统拱底施工方法存在的作业条件差问题,且新增结构层的结构效率较高,同时具有不破坏原拱底结构特征的特点,具有较广的适用范围。
