After a first air pipe is moved to the other side of the isolation belt through a mounting piece, a first motor drives the mounting piece to move downwards, then the bottom of the mounting piece abuts against the road surface, then an air pump works, and air in the first air pipe is sprayed outwards through a spray head; further, acting force is generated on sundries on branches and leaves of the isolation belt and on the ground, the sundries are moved into the collecting component, then the sundries are collected through the collecting component, cleaning work of the isolation belt is completed at a time, the cleaning speed is increased, meanwhile, manual cleaning of the sundries in the isolation belt is avoided, and the cleaning efficiency is improved. Therefore, manpower and material resources are saved, cleaning of a large number of isolation belts is facilitated, meanwhile, the probability that blown sundries are driven into air by vehicles or wind is reduced, and the influence of isolation belt cleaning work on air quality is reduced.
