The cast-in-place pile hole forming device comprises a guide assembly, a drill bit assembly, a fixed rotating assembly, a propelling assembly and an outer protection assembly. A guide assembly of the hole forming device is connected with a fixed rotating assembly, a drill bit assembly is connected with a propelling assembly, and a clamping device and a locking device are arranged on the fixed rotating assembly. The propelling assembly is connected with the power arm, and the power arm provides propelling and rotating power for the whole hole forming device. The punching drill bits and the fracturing pipes of the hole forming device are annularly arranged at intervals along the center, when holes are formed in the cast-in-place pile, the holes are punched in a fully-weathered granite stratum and filled with the carbon dioxide fracturing pipes, and the punching process of hole filling of the fracturing pipes and the fracturing pipe mounting process are integrated through rotation switching; construction of cast-in-place pile hole forming on a harder stratum such as a fully-weathered granite stratum is rapidly achieved, meanwhile, the quality of cast-in-place pile hole forming is guaranteed through accurate drilling positioning blasting, and accurate blasting of the fully-weathered granite stratum is achieved.
