The invention discloses an adjustable supporting device for parapet wall quick mounting and a using method thereof, and relates to the field of supporting devices for parapet wall quick mounting. The device comprises a base, a height adjusting mechanism is arranged on the base, a supporting mechanism is arranged on the height adjusting mechanism, the supporting mechanism comprises a telescopic assembly and two supporting plates, the two supporting plates are symmetrically arranged along the center axis of the base, and angle detection assemblies are arranged on the supporting plates. The angle detection assembly comprises a rotary joint, a rotary plate, a dial and a reset part, whether the wallboard inclines or not can be detected through cooperation of the rotary joint, the rotary plate, the dial and the reset part, the installation quality of the wallboard is improved, a detection tool does not need to be additionally arranged, the detection time is shortened, and the installation efficiency and the installation accuracy are improved.
