The sampling chamber comprises a sampling chamber body, the sampling chamber body is provided with a chamber door, the sampling chamber body is externally provided with an air inlet channel communicated with the interior of the sampling chamber body, the air inlet channel is internally provided with a first air filtering structure, and the sampling chamber body is provided with an air outlet channel; the air outlet channel is provided with a second air filtering structure, a first air disinfecting and killing structure and a first air draft device, a sample bin, a gesture sensing device and a first ultraviolet lamp are arranged in the sampling chamber body, an electric door opening and closing device is arranged on the chamber door, and a scanning device and a first human body sensing device are arranged on the outer front face of the sampling chamber body. The electric door opening and closing device is electrically connected with the gesture sensing device and the scanning device, and a disinfection spraying mechanism is arranged above the front surface of the outer part of the sampling chamber body. Compared with the prior art, an inspector can open the chamber door without contacting the chamber door, so that cross infection is avoided.
