Cement-based material capable of being extruded and processed and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building material preparation. The invention discloses an extrudable cement-based material, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30 to 50 parts of cement, 1 to 15 parts of inorganic aggregate, 1 to 15 parts of organic aggregate, 1 to 5 parts of macromolecular emulsion, 1 to 2 parts of retarder, 1 to 3 parts of rheology modifier, 3 to 8 parts of water reducing agent and 30 to 50 parts of water. The preparation method of the extrudable cement-based material comprises the following steps: dry-mixing the raw materials; carrying out wet mixing homogenization by a raw material extruder; performing die head extrusion molding; performing cutting and configuration; and maintenance treatment. The prepared extrudable cement-based material has excellent performances in the aspects of tensile strength, elongation at break, compressive strength and the like.
