The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing a Y (NO3) 3.6 H2O and MoSi2 mixed solution A with the concentration of 0.5-1mol/L according to the molar ratio of (0.5-2): 1; adding polyethylene glycol 1000 to obtain a mixed solution B of the polyethylene glycol 1000 with the mass concentration of 2-6g/L; and weighing NH4HCO3 powder and ultrapure water to prepare a solution C with the concentration of 1.5-3.5 mol/L, titrating the mixed solution B with the solution C until the pH value reaches 4.5-7.5, carrying out suction filtration separation to obtain a solid product builder, drying, and carrying out heat preservation on the product in a tubular furnace at 600-900 DEG C in an argon atmosphere for 1-3 hours to obtain the spherical microcapsule powder coated with the MoSi2Y2O3 core-shell structure. The spherical MoSi2Y2O3 coated core-shell structure microcapsule powder prepared by the invention has the advantages of high purity, uniform particle size, excellent oxidation resistance, simple preparation process, easy control of conditions, low production cost and easy industrial production; a self-repairing and self-healing anti-oxidation coating can be formed in a high-temperature environment, and the anti-oxidation coating has good compatibility with a matrix.
本发明公开了一种球状包覆MoSi2@Y2O3核壳结构微胶囊粉体及其制备方法和应用,制备方法包括:按(0.5~2):1的摩尔比配制成浓度为0.5~1mol/L的Y(NO3)3·6H2O和MoSi2混合液A;加入聚乙二醇1000得到聚乙二醇1000的质量浓度为2~6g/L的混合液B;称取NH4HCO3粉体与超纯水配置成浓度为1.5~3.5mol/L的溶液C,用溶液C滴定混合液B,直至pH达到4.5~7.5,抽滤分离,得到固体产物并洗剂、干燥,将产物在管式炉中氩气气氛下600~900℃保温1~3h,即得到为球状包覆MoSi2@Y2O3核壳结构的微胶囊粉体;本发明制备的球状包覆MoSi2@Y2O3核壳结构的微胶囊粉体纯度高、粒度均一、抗氧化性能优越,且制备工艺简单,条件易于控制,生产成本低,易于工业化生产;不仅可以在高温环境下形成自修复自愈合的抗氧化涂层,而且与基体具有良好的相容性。
