The production process comprises the following steps: taking an ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, SBS rubber and linear low-density polyethylene resin, feeding the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the SBS rubber and the linear low-density polyethylene resin into an asphalt reaction kettle, heating the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the SBS rubber and the linear low-density polyethylene resin at the temperature of 200-210 DEG C, and stirring the ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer, the SBS rubber and the linear low-density polyethylene resin at the speed of 70-90 r/min for 2-2.5 h during heating; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding terpene resin, C9 resin and a tackifier into a clarification reaction kettle in sequence at an interval of 20-30 minutes to obtain melt glue; the preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and stirring naphthenic oil, a toughening agent, an antioxidant and a coupling agent through a mixing and stirring machine, heating to 230-250 DEG C, and stirring for 30-45 minutes at a rotating speed of 60-70 r/min during stirring, so as to obtain a mixture; the self-adhesive waterproof roll disclosed by the invention is stable in use, relatively high in waterproof performance, good in thermal stability, high in adhesiveness and relatively good in cementing material high-temperature performance, is used for buildings in various construction environments, and is low in processing and material cost.
本发明公开了自粘型防水卷材及其生产工艺,包括取乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、SBS橡胶、线性低密度聚乙烯树脂,将乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、SBS橡胶、线性低密度聚乙烯树脂送至沥青反应釜,以200‑210℃的温度进行加热,且加热时,以70‑90r/min的速度搅拌2‑2.5h;在理清反应釜中加入萜烯树脂、碳九树脂和增粘剂,且加入时,以每20‑30min的间隔相继加入,得到融胶;将环烷油、增韧剂、抗氧剂和耦联剂通过混拌机进行混合搅拌,并升温至230‑250℃,且搅拌时,以60‑70r/min的转速搅拌30‑45min,得到混合物。本发明的自粘防水卷材使用稳定,具备较高的防水性能,且热稳定性能好,胶粘性高,具备较好的胶结料高温性能,使用于多种施工环境的建筑使用,且加工和材料成本低。
