The invention belongs to the technical field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to a use method of steel box girder installation construction, which comprises the following steps: steel box girder storage construction: S1, swinging and moving a side span girder section to a girder transporting flatcar through a hydraulic synchronous lifting system installed at a mid-span side, transporting the girder section through a girder transporting rail to pass through the inner sides of the roots of two tower columns, and transporting the girder section to the middle span side; storing the beam at a hoisting position; s2, the hydraulic synchronous lifting systems installed on the side span side are swung to a beam storage support for secondary lifting and beam falling and then longitudinally moved in place, and four sets of hydraulic synchronous lifting systems are put in total; and S3, erecting a beam storage support between the tower anchors, filling a site, installing a hydraulic synchronous lifting system, constructing the beam storage support between the tower anchors and the site, and laying a beam storage track. The steel box girder can be installed step by step and section by section according to actual conditions, the installation quality and efficiency are guaranteed, and good operation can be conducted in a small-space working range.
