The novel anchor rod is mainly composed of an anchoring body, a sleeve, a bearing plate, a nut, an anchoring cushion pier and a lock, continuous external threads are arranged on the whole length of the anchoring body, and an anchor head section is connected with the sleeve in a welded mode; the anchoring body is sleeved with the sleeve, two U-shaped grooves are formed in the front end and the rear end of the sleeve, and a U-shaped bolt is arranged on one side of the bearing plate, matched with the U-shaped grooves of the sleeve and arranged at the tail end of the sleeve in a sleeving mode; and the nut is provided with an internal thread which is matched with the external thread of the anchoring body. The novel anchor rod has the advantages that the sleeve with the two ends provided with the U-shaped grooves respectively is arranged on the outer side of the anchor rod, the rod body and the steel pipe are connected in a welded mode through the U-shaped grooves, and therefore when the novel anchor rod is used, it is equivalent to that two anchor rods are inserted into one hole at the same time, the anchor rod is divided into the pressure-bearing anchoring section and the tension-bearing anchoring section, and the anchoring effect is good. And the pressure-bearing and tension-bearing capacities are improved, so that the effect of improving the anchoring effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种新型锚杆,主要由锚固体、套管、承载板、螺母、锚固垫墩与锁具组成,所述锚固体全长均设有连续外螺纹,锚头段与套管之间通过焊接的方式进行连接;所述套管套设于锚固体外部,前后端设有两个U型槽,所述承载板一侧设置U型插销,与套管的U型槽适配,套设在套管末端;所述螺母设置有内螺纹,与锚固体的外螺纹相适配。其有益效果为:通过在锚杆外侧设置一两端各有一个U型槽的套管,并利用此U型槽将杆体与钢管通过焊接的方式连接,从而使此新型锚杆在使用时相当于在一个孔中同时插入两根锚杆,将锚杆分成承压锚固段和受拉锚固段,提高了承压与受拉的能力,从而起到提升锚固效果的作用。
