The invention discloses an assembling method for an independent foundation of a main control building of a modularized transformer substation. Components used in the method comprise a left shear groove module (101), a shear key module (102), a right shear groove module (103) and a prestress fastening steel bar (104). The left shear groove module (101) and the right shear groove module (103) are connected with the shear key module (102) in an inserted mode respectively and then transversely fastened through the prestress fastening steel bar (104) to form a whole, the concrete tensile stress caused by loads is reduced by applying prestress, and therefore the tensile stress of an independent foundation component is controlled within a small range and even in a pressed state, and the construction quality of the independent foundation component is improved. The appearance and development of concrete cracks are delayed, so that the anti-cracking performance and rigidity of the component are improved. Compared with the prior art, the modular substation main control building independent foundation assembly method is simple in structure and easy to prefabricate; the installation process is time-saving and labor-saving, has no special technical requirements, is very suitable for outdoor substation infrastructure construction, can adapt to different natural environments, and effectively shortens the construction period.
