Quickly-disassembled and quickly-assembled underground structure waterproof system and construction method thereof
The invention provides a quick-disassembly and quick-assembly type underground structure waterproof system and a construction method thereof. The system and the construction method are suitable for structural joint waterproofing of various underground structures. The waterproof system comprises a fixed clamping plate, a water swelling strip A, a connecting plate, a cover plate and a water swelling strip B, the two fixing clamping plates are arranged on the two sides of the structural joint correspondingly. A water swelling strip B is arranged in a crack between the two layers of each fixed clamping plate; the two transverse sides of the cover plate are clamped between the water swelling water stop strip B of the fixing clamping plate on the corresponding side and the outer layer structure, and the water swelling water stop strip B is pressed; a water receiving box is arranged in the middle of the cover plate corresponding to the structural joint; the middle part of the bulge is connected with a water swelling strip A through a connecting plate; and the water swelling strip A is positioned at a set position in the thickness direction of the structural joint through the connecting plate. Components of the system can be rapidly disassembled, installed and replaced after being aged or damaged, the construction speed is high, and the waterproof performance of the structural joint part is effectively guaranteed in the whole normal use period.
本发明提供一种快拆快装式地下结构防水体系及其施工方法,适用于各类地下结构的结构缝防水。该防水体系包括:固定卡板、遇水膨胀止水条A、连接板、盖板和遇水膨胀止水条B;两个固定卡板分别设置在结构缝两侧;在每个固定卡板两层之间的夹缝内设置遇水膨胀止水条B;盖板的横向两侧卡接在对应侧固定卡板的遇水膨胀止水条B与外层结构之间,压紧遇水膨胀止水条B;盖板的中部与结构缝对应位置具有接水盒;凸起的中部通过连接板与遇水膨胀止水条A的连接;通过连接板使遇水膨胀止水条A位于结构缝厚度方向设定位置处。该体系的构件老化或破坏后能够快速拆卸与安装更换,施工速度快,使结构缝部位的防水在整个正常使用期得到有效保证。
