The invention discloses a garden landscape rainwater collection and water recycling system which comprises a mounting hole formed in the ground, and an anti-blocking mechanism, a centrifugal primary filtering mechanism, a standing efficient filtering mechanism and a siphon suction mechanism are arranged in the mounting hole. The anti-blocking mechanism, the centrifugal primary filtering mechanism, the standing efficient filtering mechanism and the siphon suction mechanism are arranged in the mounting hole, so that a set of collecting and recycling water system belonging to the garden landscape is arranged on the ground of the garden landscape, and the anti-blocking mechanism is used for preventing leaves in rainwater from being collected; the water which is controlled to be filtered by the centrifugal primary filtering mechanism is thrown out for primary filtering, and then is filtered layer by layer in a multi-layer filtering manner in the standing filtering box, so that the filtering is clean and thorough, and the effects of automatically collecting by using a siphon, avoiding the use of a water pump and saving the resource cost are achieved.
