According to the rainwater collection and storage system provided by the invention, through the stepped reservoir and the seepage and drainage pipes embedded in different depths, the water discharge amount of the different seepage and drainage pipes is adjusted through the switching mechanism, so that the requirements of ecological water storage and garden water supplementation are met.
